Site 4 conclusion

At our site we had non-tolerant macro invertebrates such as ten stoneflies, one mayfly and one caddisfly nymph. We also found one dead crawfish, three beetle larva, one dragonfly larva, and twelve aquatic worms. This meant that overall the water was pretty healthy.

Our stream had plenty of oxygen so lots of plant, and animal life could live there. During our first trip we saw a large school of fish. Threw out all the trips we had noticed how much the plant life had grown. It was greener every trip. We found plenty of interesting plants.

We found many other things such as a tire, trash, a canopy/ hide out,

frogs, moths, spiders, insects, and some other things. Dominic found the hide out when he was in the grass walking around

Our Water temperature changed slightly each time. But the average temperature was about 46 Degrees Celsius. Our ph test results cane back good 6.5. Our dissolved oxygen took 24 drops each time which equals 140%. Witch is great! As you can see we had a great Douglas creek experience.
